The passing of Adam Yauch is one of the most personally devastating losses to music since the unexpected passing of Pink Floyd’s Rick Wright back in 2008. Yauch was an important link in the beginning of my evolution as a person who enjoys a diverse variety of music. I wrote a small reflection for BV Chicago. Give it a read. RIP Adam Yauch.
